Phonemos is a platform with a rich feature set that can be adapted and customised for many use cases through configuration. Out of the box, we strive to address four business use cases with standard apps:

  • Docs: This app provides templates for your documentation use cases. Whether you build a knowledge base, product documentation or an intranet - Phonemos makes writing documentation efficient and accesible for all.

  • Projects: This app provides templates for project and portfolio management use cases. Manage a portfolio of projects, design your work breakdown structure and get work done.

  • ESM (Enterprise Service Management): This app provides templates to set up service catalogues, configuration management databases, forms and request processing.

  • GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance): This app provides templates to set up ISO management systems, KPI tracking, risk management and compliance coverage.

Our partners and you can provide more apps. Most apps require the Business plan as they build on the power of Phonemos metadata.

Price plans

Our price plans are simple:

  • Plan Team includes everything you are expecting from a modern and lean Wiki at a great price and without sacrificing the protection of your digital assets. We believe privacy & security must not be paid option, but included by default. This is a perfect entry level plan to start your journey and build traction in your team.

  • Plan Business recommended includes project & process management features plus all those features where Phonemos really shines by solving business problems many other tools just don’t seem to get right or out of the box. If you want to make use of the full power of Phonemos, this is our recommended plan.

  • Plan Enterprise selectively adds advanced features that are relevant in certain enterprise contexts.

In addition, some selected features are available as a paid option.
