How do we decide what is being added to Phonemos?

Development of Phonemos follows two parallel development tracks. On one hand, we continuously invest in strategic developments we think will benefit our customer base in the broad sense best. But in parallel, we often recognize that individual customers require very specific and often only small features in order for their project to tip over to full success. Thus, we always have a set of customer-driven developments going on in parallel to our own efforts.

Phonemos Platform

The Phonemos platform is a modern, highly scaleable and flexible platform to implement collaboration scenarios. We can improve in the integrations, automation and extensions areas.

Improve extensibility and integration possibilities to adapt to even very custom use cases.

Phonemos has grown into one of the best Wiki systems in the global marketplace. The feature set holds up to comparison with every major platform, often outperforming others in terms of flexibility of configuration and deployment, performance and retrievability of information.

Round-off feature set and remain the Wiki of choice in any business context.

Phonemos Projects

Phonemos incorporates Project & Task Management tools like Kanban Boards, Gantt, Risk matrices etc. that are integrated with the project documentation in a very tight and smooth way.

Phonemos incorporates knowledge bases, asset / configuration management database (CMDB) capabilities and simple forms, but we lack a public facing service desk portal.

Phonemos GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance)

Phonemos is already successfully in use as a GRC solution and ISO certified management systems based on Phonemos exist. But, the number of custom configuration steps is higher than necessary and we could provide templates to make it much easier for end users to implement such a system.

Provide templates for GRC use cases out-of-the-box.

Key results:
